In 2017, members of the board unveiled a state-of-the-art elite football academy just outside Hanoi.
The PVF Academy is a $100 million facility, home to 300 boys, aged between 8-18 years nationwide, belonging to different walks of life. They are all educated on-site whilst playing football as well as continuing their education. The staff of the facility is also trained in all areas of football operations.
In 2019, the Vietnamese Football Association signed an agreement with the PVF Academy to support the development of domestic football. PVF regularly feeds young players into the Vietnamese National youth teams.
